What is Our Response?

Good morning!

I saw a Facebook meme that stated, “2000 years ago Jesus ended the debate which lives matter, He died for all!” Of course, as we should know, the statement is partially true and partially false. The purpose of the meme, of course, was to spark an argument and ridicule Christianity in the same way the Devil tried doing to Jesus (Matthew 4:1-11). Of course, the meme is hurtful and that was the intention.

So, if no argument is suitable, what is our response? It is one word, “Silence” just like Jesus did when questioned by the Sanhedrin (Mark 14:60-61). You must understand that the world is not seeking information and does not want the truth which is the reason Jesus spoke in parables (Matthew 13:10-12). Silence is not a weakness; it is a strength and when we utilize it, the jeers will not affect us (Psalms 131). I cannot encourage you enough to learn the importance of being calm and quiet, especially in this time of trouble that we are facing in America (Psalms 46:8-10).

Yours In His Name
